Justin Thomas kept the top of the table when the 3rd round of 2019 Tour Championship was postponed

Bad weather led the golfer team to only play five holes before stopping at the event of the FedEx Cup playoffs season.

Before the round of golf was postponed because of thunder, Justin Thomas was the best at keeping the par successful. The other three are Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka and Xander Schauffele, each with a stick. Koepka even bogey twice in just the first three holes. That made him lose the total score to -11, losing the top of the table to Thomas (-12).

The golfers who came out early in the morning only four people who completed the third round were Brandt Snedeker, Marc Leishman, Dustin Johnson and Lucas Glover. Of these, Snedeker sounded, and Johnson had a disaster day with a score of +5, pulled the total score down to +7 and put a penultimate on the rankings table.

26 golfers who have not completed the third round will have to play from 8 am on Sunday (Atlanta, USA time). The fourth round of FedEx Cup playoff events is scheduled to take place immediately after lunch and stay the same for two people in a tee-off group.

"Audience and golfer safety is the most important thing", said PGA Tour CEO Tyler Dennis. "We have thought of different scenarios because this place often has storms. The possibility of having storms after 15h is up to 60%. Excluding this happens on Sunday and the tournament must last until Monday".

Weather forecast shows that Atlanta may have sustained rain until the end of next Tuesday, August 27th.
