Thai media has recently revealed that many Japanese teams are racing to sign Nguyen Quang Hai.

Recently, Thai media has reported that many teams currently playing in the J.League want to sign Nguyen Quang Hai. In particular, Siam Sport wants Thai League clubs to quickly negotiate to get this player's signature.

Siam Sport newspaper wrote: "Deportivo Alaves has returned to contact Nguyen Quang Hai to make the transfer again. However, this team will face huge competition from some clubs in the J1.League. Japanese reports confirmed some J1.League teams had been following Nguyen Quang Hai for a long time and were willing to negotiate to sign him".

Quang Hai is one of the brightest stars of Vietnam national football team in the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifier. The striker born in 1997 left an impression when launching a volley, scoring the only goal that helped Vietnam beat Malaysia in My Dinh stadium.

According to SiamSport, Nguyen Quang Hai's high form helps him to be in the sights of a series of Japanese teams playing in the J1-League. They follow every move of this 21-year-old talent and want to bring him to J1-League to play in 2020.

However, it will not be easy to convince the Hanoi FC to let Nguyen Quang Hai leave, after letting Van Hau switch to SC Heerenveen. Hanoi FC board did not hide their intention to make Quang Hai a symbol of the club, considering him an invaluable star that needs to be facilitated for development.

In the past, Le Cong Vinh, Nguyen Tuan Anh and Nguyen Cong Phuong used to have a short time playing football in Japan but were not very successful.

At the moment, Thailand also has 3 players competing in Japan: Chanathip Songkrasin, Theerathon Bunmathan and Thitiphan.
