NBA news: Steve Kerr will build a strong squad around Curry, Thompson and Russell

Steve Kerr will build a lineup around Curry, Thompson and Russell, confident in what the trio can do

The Golden State Warriors board recently shared that they didn't sign D'Angelo Russell on a seasonal basis, nor did he trade him. D'Angelo Russell is the person that the Golden State Warriors chose to replace Kevin Durant, who went to the Brooklyn Nets this summer.

No one knows for sure how Golden State Warriors and Russell negotiate with each other, but the question the Dubs fans care about how does Russell fitthe team, suit his teammates, suit Steve Kerr?

Responding to a media interview, head coach Steve Kerr said he was not worried about his stars not getting along. Kerr believes that both Klay Thompson, Stephen Curry and D'Angelo Russell will stand together as soon as Thompson returns from an ACL injury.

"The most important thing will be in the dressing room and on the game field. D'Angelo is a great pick-and-roll player, obviously Steph is the same. They will play together. Klay came back, I imagined how the three would work together, I never thought we had a problem".

In this case, Kerr will apply for Golden State Warriors to beat fast, pass a lot, take advantage of the trio of stars he has in hand. Russell, Thompson and Curry will definitely be trio that are not medium. Kerr believes they can afford to play with giants like LA Laker, LA Clippers, the Houston Rockets or the Brooklyn Nets.
